    Senior in-house L&D roles (L&D Lead, Enablement Lead, Specialist L&D roles), consulting and programme design engagements, and fixed-term programme design projects. I'm particularly interested in organisations that take measurement and business alignment seriously.
  • Are you open to remote or hybrid roles?
    Yes. I'm based in Germany and open to remote, hybrid, or in-person roles. For consulting work, I can work fully remotely or on-site across Germany and Europe depending on project needs.
  • What's your notice period or start availability?
