I'm a Learning & Development specialist who operates at the intersection of instructional design, performance improvement, and learning analytics. My work spans onboarding architecture, sales enablement, leadership development, and the data infrastructure that makes learning programmes accountable to business outcomes.
Over the course of my career I've delivered more than 5,000 training hours across commercial and enterprise environments, redesigned onboarding programmes that reduced time-to-productivity by 50%, and built enablement frameworks that lifted sales productivity by 15%. None of those results came from good content alone — they came from treating capability development as an integrated performance system.
I work in English, Arabic, and German, and I'm based in Germany, with unrestricted German work authorisation — available for in-house roles, consulting engagements, and programme design projects across Germany and Europe.
Most training programmes fail not because the content is wrong, but because they aren't connected to anything — not to performance gaps, not to manager support systems, not to measurement frameworks that could tell you whether the intervention worked.
I approach every engagement as a performance problem first. That means diagnosing the actual gap before designing a solution, identifying who in the organisation needs to change their behaviour and under what conditions, and building the measurement infrastructure that will make results visible to stakeholders.
Each capability area addresses a distinct part of the performance lifecycle — and they are most powerful when designed to work together.
